Your primary responsibilities will involve picking products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications and then carefully packing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets or scanning devices.
- Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers, using proper packing materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workstation.
- Conduct quality checks to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy by reporting any discrepancies.
- Support overall logistics operations and assist team members as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
