Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring proper packaging for transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Comply with all company policies, including those concerning PPE.
- Assist colleagues and contribute to team goals in a fast-paced logistics setting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
