We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Minneapolis, Minnesota location. This role is vital to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately processing customer orders. Your duties will include picking products from inventory, verifying order accuracy, packing items securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will also assist in receiving and stocking incoming goods, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring a safe and tidy workspace. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic are key attributes for success in this position. You will be trained on our warehouse management system and various fulfillment processes. The job requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, consistent standing, walking, and bending. Strict adherence to all safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory.
