Are you a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail? We are hiring an Order Picker for our Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse. This role is critical to our Logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, selecting items from inventory, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. A strong commitment to Safety, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment lists or RF scanner commands.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for quality control and packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines to ensure efficient Logistics flow.
- Report any damages, shortages, or operational issues to a supervisor.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking targets and team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic Logistics.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
