Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Stock incoming merchandise onto shelves and into designated locations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of required PPE.
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming inventory.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and wearing appropriate PPE.
