Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order details against packed items for accuracy.
- Replenish inventory in picking locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other light warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and overall warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Support broader logistics functions as needed, including receiving and stocking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Ability to handle Lifting of up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Must comply with all PPE requirements.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
