Schedule: Monday–Friday (No nights or weekends)
Location: Hyannis and Falmouth offices
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our busy Allergy & Asthma Center. The LPN will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting providers with allergy and asthma management, and supporting daily clinical operations in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
* Administer allergy immunotherapy injections per protocol
* Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately
* Perform patient intake, vital signs, and medical history documentation
* Assist providers with allergy testing, asthma evaluations, and treatments
* Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and injection schedules
* Maintain accurate medical records in the electronic medical record (EMR)
* Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols
* Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications
* Current LPN license in good standing
* Previous outpatient or clinical experience preferred (allergy/asthma experience a plus, but willing to train)
* Strong assessment and communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with injections and patient monitoring
* CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
