Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to join our team on-site in Mount Clemens, MI. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing events, ensuring seamless operations and excellent guest experiences. Daily tasks include liaising with vendors and clients, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and overseeing event setups. The position also involves fostering client relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting sales and marketing efforts tied to events.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management, including the ability to organize and execute events of varying sizes.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and the ability to strengthen partnerships and contribute to company growth.
• Proficiency in time management and problem-solving, ensuring smooth event operations.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Flexibility to work on-site and manage event-related tasks, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Background in marketing or promotional strategies is a plus.
• Relevant experience in the wellness or retail industry is highly desirable.
