About the Position
We are looking for a dedicated Chef/Line Cook to work breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts five days per week (depending on the location and scheduling needs). You'll work closely with our service teams to prepare delicious, high-quality meals for our guests.
This role offers flexibility and growth potential within our restaurant group for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep ingredients, including washing/chopping vegetables and cutting proteins
• Cook dishes following established recipes and chef specifications
• Properly store food and maintain organized work areas
• Monitor stock levels and help with ordering as needed
• Ensure ingredient quality and discard expired or substandard items
• Maintain all kitchen safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for food and a love for cooking
