Advance your career as an Order Picker in our busy Chicago, Illinois distribution center! We are seeking meticulous and efficient individuals to accurately retrieve items for customer orders. This role is the first step in our fulfillment process and is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction within our Logistics operations. You will navigate the warehouse, locate specified products, and prepare them for the packing and shipping stages. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include accurately identifying and picking products based on order slips and scanner technology; ensuring correct item and quantity selection; transporting picked items to the staging area; maintaining a clean and organized work zone; and assisting with inventory counts as needed. This position involves frequent Lifting of items, up to 50 lbs, and requires the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
