We are actively recruiting for enthusiastic Order Pickers to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that products are picked accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are key to our operational success. You will utilize state-of-the-art scanning technology to locate and retrieve items from our extensive inventory. Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace is essential. We foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within the logistics industry. You will be responsible for the physical retrieval of goods, which includes regular Lifting of items. Strict adherence to Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE are mandatory. This role is fundamental to our daily Logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for the packing and shipping departments.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE .
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse environments is advantageous.
- Must be capable of consistent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and warehouse technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
- Understanding of Logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
