Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and inspect inbound goods.
- Efficiently stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including accurate labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Strictly follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in warehouse processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Solid understanding of warehouse logistics and operational flow.
- Commitment to safety standards and the proper utilization of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
