Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and inspect inbound goods.
  • Efficiently stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including accurate labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Strictly follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in warehouse processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse logistics and operational flow.
  • Commitment to safety standards and the proper utilization of PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
