Job Summary:
Join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio, as a certified Forklift Operator! We are looking for experienced and safety-conscious individuals to manage the movement of materials within our state-of-the-art logistics facility. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of forklifts to transport, load, and unload goods, contributing significantly to the efficiency of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
  • Move products and materials to and from storage areas, production areas, or shipping docks.
  • Stack and arrange materials in designated locations, ensuring stability and Safety.
  • Conduct pre-operation checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock placement.
  • Adhere to all warehouse Safety regulations and protocols, including the use of PPE.
  • Follow all logistics and shipping procedures accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid forklift operator certification is required.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including some Lifting and carrying.
  • Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
