Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying the contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and inventory locations accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and order sheets.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and assist colleagues as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
