Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Dallas, Texas! We're seeking motivated individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking and packing orders, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This role is integral to our Logistics network, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order delivery. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory in designated locations, maintaining organization.
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Support the overall flow of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and shipping principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all Safety guidelines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
