Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, focusing on Safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Identify and report any operational issues or potential safety hazards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting tasks, including objects up to 60 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks is a significant plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Must be comfortable wearing required PPE and following all safety guidelines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
