We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to **safety** will be paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to **safety** protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those regarding **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management.
- Willingness to learn and follow **safety** guidelines.
