We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced distribution environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your primary duties will involve receiving, stocking, and fulfilling orders, ensuring that all items are handled with care and precision. You'll work with a dedicated team focused on maintaining high standards of productivity and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming inventory, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions, ensuring order accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently (certification may be required or provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and proper PPE usage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to following all Safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
