About
Join our growing logistics operation in Denver, Colorado, as an Order Picker! We are seeking efficient and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating items in our warehouse, ensuring they match order specifications, and preparing them for shipment. This role is fundamental to our customer satisfaction and the overall success of our distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or scanner data.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment as needed.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage picked orders in designated shipping areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Be prepared for tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability for Lifting items up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills to meet picking targets within the logistics framework.
