We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders and preparing them for shipment. Your daily tasks will involve navigating the warehouse, using handheld scanners to locate and select items, and carefully packaging products to ensure they arrive at their destination safely and undamaged. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and efficient workflow management. You will be an integral part of our fulfillment process, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order processing. The ideal candidate is energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent attention to detail. We are looking for individuals who are reliable and eager to contribute to our warehouse operations. Comprehensive training will be provided, focusing on our specific picking and packing procedures and safety guidelines. The role involves standing for extended periods and occasional lifting. Compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a leading logistics company.
