Job Summary:
Join our thriving team in San Antonio, Texas, as a Fulfillment Associate! This dynamic role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for picking products from warehouse shelves, accurately packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to meeting fulfillment targets. Understanding the flow of goods within the logistics chain is key to success. We prioritize the safety of our employees, so adherence to all safety standards and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, and regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds. You'll work collaboratively with inventory control and shipping teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
  • Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Label packages correctly for transit.

  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
