Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to order specifications using scanning devices.
- Pack orders with care and precision, ensuring the safety of contents during transit.
- Conduct quality checks to confirm correct items and quantities are picked and packed.
- Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the picking and packing areas.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks if necessary to access inventory.
- Comply with all company Safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in order picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 35 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
- Team-oriented and able to follow instructions.
