We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory efficiently.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Accurately pick items for outgoing orders.
- Pack products securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to achieving daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to wear and utilize required PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
