Join our efficient logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio, as an Order Picker! We are looking for reliable individuals to accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring that the right products reach our customers quickly and without error. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our distribution efforts. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets or RF scanner instructions.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
- Package picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage orders in designated areas for loading and transportation.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties to support the overall logistics flow and team objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
