As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods within our facility. You will be involved in receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and clean. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary training and equipment, including appropriate PPE. Regular lifting is involved, so a good level of physical fitness is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and cycle counting.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
