You will also be responsible for ensuring all team members adhere to PPE requirements and other Safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel.
- Develop and implement operational plans to meet productivity goals.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory control and accuracy.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in logistics.
- Conduct regular Safety inspections and address any identified hazards.
- Maintain records of team performance and operational metrics.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and adherence to PPE guidelines.
