Physical Therapist  

Salary:  $85,000 - $112,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)  

Sign-on bonuses available    

Job Location:   45 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT (Fairfield County; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full-Time — Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week . Shifts rotate between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 11:00 AM–7:00 PM . We offer flexibility with workdays and scheduling and are open to discussing 10-hour vs. 8-hour shifts . Schedule will be further discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By:

  • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey
Qualifications:

Physical Therapist Requirements:

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Connecticut

  • CPR and first aid certification required    

  • Must have experience in an outpatient clinic treating a variety of orthopedic conditions , including post-operative, pre-operative, and non-operative cases —experience can be gained as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical affiliations for new graduates. .
