About
We are seeking an experienced *Project Manager* to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, including large-scale client implementation projects and other major initiatives prioritized by the executive team.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering across multiple workstreams. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Account Management, Operations, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear ownership.
This is a delivery-focused role emphasizing execution discipline, stakeholder coordination, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
*Client Implementation and Delivery*
* Lead large-scale client implementation and onboarding projects
* Coordinate configuration, data migration, integrations, and go-live activities
* Own client-facing timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
* Ensure clean handoff to Account Management and Support
*Project Planning and Execution*
* Define project scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
* Track execution against schedules and commitments
* Identify risks, gaps and constraints early and drive resolution
* Manage multiple concurrent projects
*Cross-Functional Coordination*
* Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Account Management, Operations, Finance, IT, and vendors
* Facilitate project meetings and executive checkpoints
* Ensure clear ownership and accountability across teams
*Status, Reporting, and Communication*
* Provide concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders
* Communicate progress and risks to clients when applicable
* Escalate issues with context and recommended paths forward
*Delivery Discipline*
* Maintain project plans, documentation, and decision logs
* Ensure projects close cleanly with documented outcomes and handoffs
* Capture lessons learned to improve future implementations
*Required Qualifications*
* 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex initiatives
* Experience leading enterprise or large-scale client implementations
* Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills
* Experience working with technical and client-facing teams
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
*Preferred Qualifications*
* SaaS or technology-enabled services experience
* Experience coordinating integrations, APIs, or data migration projects
* Client-facing delivery leadership experience
* Experience operating in fast-moving environments
