Position Summary
The Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Security Operations leads the strategy and execution that keeps Just Born's technology environment secure, reliable, and future-ready. Overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk teams, this role ensures technology aligns with business needs across corporate and manufacturing operations.
As a member of the IT Leadership Team and reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this leader combines strategic vision with hands-on engagement to develop talent, drive results, and deliver modern, resilient solutions.
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Work Model: Work in a hybrid model with 3 remote days and 2 in-office days in Bethlehem, PA.
Associates 50+ miles away may receive one reimbursed hotel stay per week to ease commuting.
How You'll Impact Results
- Infrastructure Operations
- Oversee the design, implementation, and support of network, server, storage, cloud, and operational technology (OT) infrastructure across both corporate and manufacturing environments.
- Ensure reliable, secure connectivity across production lines, data centers, and cloud platforms, focusing on uptime and performance.
- Lead lifecycle planning, including system upgrades, modernization, and decommissioning, and conduct disaster recovery testing to meet recovery time and point objectives.
- Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and costs while driving automation, standardization, and efficiency.
- Maintain configuration and asset data accuracy in the CMDB to support governance and visibility.
- Cybersecurity Operations
- Direct the company's cybersecurity strategy and operations to protect corporate and manufacturing environments.
- Oversee incident response, risk assessments, and vulnerability management programs.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
- Service Desk & End-User Experience
- Lead the service desk team in providing responsive, high-quality technical support.
- Drive process improvements that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and technology enablement.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT operations team through coaching, development, and accountability.
- Partner across IT and business functions to ensure technology solutions support operational excellence and business strategy.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success
- Education & Certifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated ability to perform the work may be substituted.
- MBA or master's degree is a plus
- CISSP or equivalent technical security certification/knowledge strongly preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations required, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success leading infrastructure and cybersecurity functions in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with security technologies (Fortinet a plus), operational-technology (OT) networks, and frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, or CIS preferred.
- Hands-on technical experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 / Azure), virtualization, networking, backup/DR, and modern security tools (EDR, DLP, vulnerability management).
- Exposure to Help Desk & IT service management, incident response, and operational resilience practices; experience with governance, risk, and compliance concepts.
- Working knowledge of modern AI-based productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT a plus.
