Laundry Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking reliable dedicated, honest and detail-oriented Laundry Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience in our establishment.

Duties

• Operate washing machines and dryers, ensuring proper settings for different fabrics and types of laundry.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and guest clothing as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces.
• Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in laundry operations.
• Customer service experience
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
