Overview
Join our amazing hotel team as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, where you'll lead the front desk operations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences by overseeing daily front desk activities, managing guest relations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. As a key ambassador for our hotel, you'll help motivate and support your team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient front desk operations. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front desk staff to ensure high-quality guest services and efficient check-in/check-out procedures
- Oversee guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing processes with accuracy and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately
- Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management
- Train new team members on hotel management systems, customer service standards, and operational procedures
- Support guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and maintaining a positive hotel atmosphere
Skills
- Strong background in front desk operations with mandatory previous hotel experience in front desk or guest services roles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a professional manner.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with international guests are highly desirable but not required.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
- Experience with night audit procedures, hotel operations.
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities to motivate staff, manage conflicts, and uphold high standards of hospitality excellence.
Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.0 – 40.0 per week
