Superintendent

is a growing commercial general contractor looking for an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead day-to-day field operations and deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and schedules
• Maintain safety, quality, and jobsite organization
• Read and execute plans and specifications
• Communicate progress and issues with the project team

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of sequencing and jobsite logistics
• Ability to lead crews and subcontractors
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Healthcare, dental, or TI experience a plus
