Job Overview
The Head Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all kitchen

operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and

service. The Head Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef

and management team to maintain a menu that reflects our brand while

appealing to a wide audience. This position requires strong leadership skills,

creativity, and a deep understanding of food trends, cost control, and kitchen

management

Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate catering services for events, including menu planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health codes.
  • Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $65,000.00 per year
