Role Description

This is a
commission-based, remote role
for an Outreach Coordinator. While the role is not on-site, candidates based in
Florida are preferred
, though not required. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and supporting client acquisition efforts for Callisto Designs.

In this role, the Outreach Coordinator will conduct outreach initiatives, manage prospect communications, and represent the Callisto Designs brand in a professional manner. The role is primarily conducted online; however, there may be opportunities to attend business events, visit physical business locations, and participate in virtual meetings as part of outreach and relationship-building activities.

This role is well-suited for a motivated high school or college student, or early-career individual, seeking hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development within a creative services environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach initiatives to support lead generation and client acquisition efforts
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and partners
• Manage prospect communications across digital channels, phone, and in-person interactions when applicable
• Research and identify outreach opportunities aligned with Callisto Designs' services
• Coordinate introductory conversations and support the sales pipeline
• Represent Callisto Designs at business events, virtual meetings, or local outreach opportunities as available

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a range of stakeholders
• Experience or demonstrated interest in outreach, sales, community engagement, or relationship building
• Ability to conduct research to identify and support outreach opportunities
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote work environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail when representing the brand
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• High school diploma required; current enrollment in or pursuit of a college degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with marketing, design, or creative services industries is a plus

Compensation

• Commission-based position
