The Role

This is a part-time position requiring two 8–9 hour shifts per week.

Work-Life Balance Note: This position is for weekdays only. No weekend shifts are required for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assist with restraining animals for exams, blood draws, and X-rays.
• Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized environment in exam rooms and surgical suites.
• Laboratory Support: Help collect and prepare samples for diagnostic testing.
• Pharmacy: Assist in filling prescriptions under veterinary supervision.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Prior experience in animal care (veterinary clinic, animal shelter, or high-volume boarding) is required.
• Skills: Ability to handle cats and dogs of all temperaments safely and calmly.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Professionalism: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mentality.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Two full weekday shifts per week (approx. 16–18 hours total).
• Schedule: No weekends.
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
