We are a seasoned team of traditional retail and ecommerce operators already scaling several consumer brands with proven product-market fit.

Role Overview

The Affiliate Outreach Coordinator is a part-time, fully remote role focused on creator discovery, outreach, and onboarding for TikTok Shop and Instagram/Meta affiliate programs.

This position is ideal for someone with one to two years of affiliate or influencer marketing experience who enjoys researching creators, conducting outreach, and supporting performance-driven e-commerce programs. This role focuses on onboarding only . Long-term creator management is handled by our Affiliate Marketing Coordinators .

Key Responsibilities

• Research and source TikTok Shop and Instagram/Meta creators aligned with our brands
• Identify creators with strong engagement, content quality, and conversion potential
• Send TikTok Shop Target Collaborations and manage outbound outreach via email and social platforms
• Support creator onboarding for both TikTok Shop and non TikTok Shop affiliate programs
• Ensure creators receive program details and are properly set up to participate
• Use tools such as Kalodata and FastMoss to identify high-potential creators
• Track outreach activity, responses, and onboarding status in internal systems
• Assist with outreach across multiple brands and verticals including beauty, haircare, wellness, and supplements
• Gain exposure to both established affiliate programs and new program launches

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.
• Some experience with TikTok Shop strongly preferred (hands-on experience a plus, not mandatory).
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and creator communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage outreach across multiple brands simultaneously.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Kalodata, FastMoss, Refersion, or similar affiliate tools.
• Experience sourcing creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Interest in beauty, wellness, and/or supplements.
