Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the past 3 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AHSA Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: AHSA Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Candidates with an AZ driver’s license will not be considered. Verification cannot show any hits on license at time of submission.

Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and On call schedule to be determined by facility

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to units where experienced.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
