Job Overview
As the Junior Digital Applications Developer you will support the configuration and development of Cerner Millennium and related digital applications, ensuring they meet the Trust's digital strategy and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and scope business change requirements within digital applications. Participate in the design of new workflows and configure applications to support them. Document “as is” and “to be” processes and assess impacts and dependencies. Understand interfaces between systems and data exchanges to inform configuration changes. Collaborate with clinical teams, care groups and system suppliers to deliver changes. Adhere to configuration and support policies and collaborate with back‑office Informatics.
Qualifications
Previous NHS experience with Oracle/Cerner applications. Knowledge of digital technologies systems and architecture. Experience in change management and digital IT projects desirable.

Change Management. Worked within digital IT projects.
Person Specification
Must be able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, communicate complex technical information to non‑technical stakeholders, and support user training and documentation.
