The role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders while shaping technical solutions./ppThe ideal candidate brings substantial hands-on experience in Python backend and native iOS development (Android is a valuable nice-to-have), along with a track record of delivering mobile-centric products. Experience with healthcare standards (HIPAA) and product-company environments will be considered strong advantages./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliDeliver fullstack development across Python backend and native iOS (Android optional)./liliWork directly with the client and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, propose solutions, and support strategic technical decisions./liliParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute across the full product development lifecycle./liliBuild high-quality, scalable features with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability./liliPromote engineering best practices, including code quality, observability, and documentation./liliIntroduce and maintain engineering metrics such as DORA./liliEnsure long-term technical health of both mobile and backend components./liliSupport upsell opportunities through strong technical communication and domain understanding./li/ul/div
