THE ROLE
This role owns analytics end-to-end - from building trusted data foundations to delivering insights that influence real business decisions.
As a Senior (or Lead) Data Analyst, you will be the primary owner of analytics, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product. This is a hands-on role with high visibility and a clear path to future leadership as the data function scales.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from scratch, operating with autonomy, and moving beyond reporting into proactive, insight-driven analytics.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Own analytics and reporting across the business, serving as the source of truth for data-driven decision making Build and maintain data models and pipelines in Snowflake Design, develop, and manage stakeholder-facing dashboards in Metabase Translate complex product, revenue, and payments data into clear, actionable insights Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, GTM, RevOps, and Product teams Enable self-service analytics and reduce reliance on reporting Lay the groundwork for forecasting and forward-looking analytics over time SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5-7 years of experience in analytics, BI, or analytics engineering roles Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake Experience building dashboards and data products in Metabase (or similar BI tools) Comfortable owning both data pipelines and stakeholder-facing analytics Strong business intuition and ability to tell a story with data Experience working in SaaS environments strongly preferred Payments, transactional, or subscription data experience is a plus Background in smaller teams or growth-stage companies preferred BENEFITS
