About
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team. This role will play a key part in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships with new clients, and driving new business revenue. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects through a targeted approach including telesales, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy building relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities
Grow the new business sales for account clients. Working with the marketing team to achieve sales targets. Attend customer meetings, where necessary. Build a pipeline of potential new clients. Ensure the CRM is up to date at all times and allocate tasks to the wider team where necessary. Manage the new business Sales lead generation via CRM system. Utilisation of current data and where necessary acquiring new leads through various platforms. Manage new business KPI’s and present in meetings, as required. Supporting with inbound new client enquiries. Support the wider team with client knowledge to help with the implementation of new customer accounts. Attend trade and networking events as required. Explore new opportunities for products/services. Feedback to the Senior Sales Manager market knowledge to ensure pricing is competitive. To advise the Senior Sales Manager of any potential issues encountered while conducting the role. Acts in accordance with the Company values and acts as a role model for other company staff. To adhere to all business processes and support change within the business. To work closely with other areas of the business, in particular Marketing, Finance, IT and other group businesses as required. Skills & Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a sales or telesales role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence Knowledge of the automotive industry Experience using CRM systems Strong negotiation and influencing skills Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Why Join Us?
