Landscaper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our outdoor maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, landscape design, and outdoor construction. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to maintain and enhance residential and commercial landscapes. The position offers opportunities to develop expertise in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation, contributing to beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and leaf clean ups
• Maintain landscapes through pruning, tree trimming, planting, and gardening activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools
• Conduct snow shoveling and salting during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Assist with tree care including planting, trimming, and removal as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work sites and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Collaborate with team members on landscape projects to meet client specifications and deadlines.

Skills

• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening practices.
• Ability to perform landscaping tasks including snow plowing effectively.
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow safety protocols during construction or maintenance activities. This role is vital for creating attractive, safe, and sustainable outdoor environments while providing opportunities for professional growth within the landscaping industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
