Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Site Superintendent to join our Miami team. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of construction practices and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. This role will provide hands-on support to the Site Superintendent and Project Management team on active job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day site operations and coordination of trades
• Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
• Support scheduling, delivery tracking, and site documentation
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members
• Participate in project meetings and assist with progress reporting
• Ensure tasks are completed according to plans, timelines, and quality requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction or related field
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with supervisors
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the United States
