About the Opportunity:

The organization is dedicated to transforming community health by delivering actionable insights from complex datasets. This role involves designing and maintaining interactive dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to define key performance indicators, and ensuring data quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI


• Translate complex datasets into meaningful visual insights to support decision-making


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs


• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies


• Clean, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources


• Partner with the Power BI Center of Excellence to ensure data accuracy and efficiency


• Implement data quality checks and perform regular audits


• Maintain documentation for all developed reports and dashboards


• Recommend process improvements and stay current with industry best practices


• Perform other duties as assigned


• Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience


• 4+ years of experience in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent


• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices including DAX, complex data models, performance optimization, and row-level security


• Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and advanced analysis


• Experience with risk, resilience, operational, or compliance data preferred


• Experience working with large datasets and data transformation preferred


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred

Compensation:


• Pay Range: $68,700.00 to $123,700.00 per year


• Actual pay adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status


• Total compensation may include additional incentives
