About the Role

The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth by proactively engaging with new and existing B2B customers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, supporting lead generation, opportunity development, and ongoing account activity.

Your core focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including installers, contractors, distributors, and wholesalers. You will act as a trusted point of contact, identifying opportunities to support sales growth and foster long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate daily with the External Sales Team for lead handover, regional insights, and support.
  • Work with the Marketing Team on lead generation and marketing campaigns, leveraging opportunities from customer events.
  • Provide technical support for complex product queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Logistics/Operations for order tracking, deliveries, and stock availability.
  • Assist Finance/Accounts with invoicing and credit control queries.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in business development and cold calling (B2B).
  • Resilience, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical product information related to heating and cooling systems.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office.
  • Effective collaboration with the external sales team.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your workload efficiently.
  • Fluency in English.
