*Your Responsibilities*
* Deliver urgent and comprehensive dental care to patients aged 12 and older
* Perform endodontic procedures and surgical extractions with confidence
* Conduct thorough exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
* Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges
* Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options
* Maintain accurate, timely patient records
* Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to deliver top-quality care
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations
*What We’re Looking For*
* DDS/DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
* Active dental license in the state of _Ohio. _
* DEA registration and BLS (CPR/AED) certification
* *Must be comfortable performing endodontics and surgical extractions*
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Comfortable with a wide range of emergency and restorative procedures
* Bilingual skills a plus
*Compensation*
* *Pay Type*: Commission-based
* *Earning Potential*: $150,000 – $250,000+ annually
* *Additional Pay*: Commission bonuses
