Using our innovative tools and strategies, youll help expand our reach, take on new challenges, and grow your skills while making a real impact on our teams success./ph3Prospect and Build Pipeline/h3ulliIdentify business opportunities by identifying prospective leads/liliResponsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients/liliGenerate new leads through cold calls and emails/li/ulh3Qualify and Educate Prospects/h3ulliEngage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how clients solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operations/liliQualify prospects based on their fit and readiness to integrate with clients platform, ensuring a strong sales pipeline/li/ulh3Collaboration with Sales and Account Teams/h3ulliWork closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads/liliProvide detailed insights and context on prospects to the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions/li/ulh3Persistent Follow-Up and Nurturing/h3ulliRelentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest/liliKeep in touch with qualified but undecided prospects, maintaining relationships until they are ready for a demo or next step/li/ulh3Pipeline Tracking and CRM Management/h3ulliMaintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system, tracking lead status and engagement/liliRegularly report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, number of qualified leads, and conversion rates/li/ulh3Meet and Exceed Targets/h3ulliMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings/liliContinuously refine your outreach strategy to improve conversion rates and exceed goals/li/ulh3Industry Knowledge
Experience:/h3ulliMinimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industry/liliExcellent communication skills (English both written and verbal)/liliCan work independently and under pressure/liliProblem-solving and negotiation skills/liliAbility to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)/liliClient management experience is a plus/liliApplicants must be based in the Philippines, as this role is part of our regional team expansion/li/ulh3Remote Work Technical Requirements/h3pNote that computer equipment and accessories needed for the role will be provided, but you must prepare your own laptop or desktop as a backup.
