Your Role at Reputation
Reputation is the only platform that empowers companies to fulfill their brand promise by measuring, managing, and scaling their reputation performance in real-time, everywhere. Functioning as a business’s eyes and ears in the spaces where customers talk, post, review, and recommend, Reputation AI-powered product stack analyzes vast amounts of public and private feedback data to uncover predictive insights for companies to act on, and improve their online reputations. Reputation is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage and develop some of our largest and most complex target accounts, often multi-location, multi-region, and EMEA-wide organisations with 250+ locations. The SDR is frequently the first experience with Reputation, so you will need to make a great first impression to qualify leads and identify appropriate next steps.
Our successful SDRs are the Talent Pipeline that feeds our sales organization. They are the front line of Reputation’s Sales Team, tasked with representing Reputation to prospect, educate, qualify, develop target accounts, and qualify leads. Our SDRs are high-energy, self-motivated, agile, and able to adapt quickly. In this role, excellent phone and email skills and the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities will be critical. You will be responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in our CRM system, and you should have strong organizational and follow-up skills while working well in a team environment.
How You’ll Shape the Experience
Articulate the Reputation business value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Work closely with the nationwide enterprise outside sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and extend reach into target accounts
Update prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives

The Skills That Set You Apart
12+ months experience as an SDR; Enterprise SDR experience is a plus though not required
Experience within a Software/High Tech company is a plus
Must have experience using Salesforce
Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools such as Gong Engage, Nooks, or comparable platforms is strongly preferred
Good working knowledge of the Internet and social media and its influence on business today
Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
Ability to work in a time-sensitive sales environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Articulate with strong business acumen

Your main HQ is our Liverpool office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.
