Operations Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Operations Laborer to join our site work company in Appling, GA. This position involves hands-on work assisting with excavation, underground utilities, grading, and general construction tasks. Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
• Support maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and organization
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
• Assist foremen and equipment operators with daily site tasks
• Help with inventory management, including stocking supplies and organizing storage areas
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning materials or equipment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times to maintain a secure work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily operational tasks efficiently
• Work in varying weather conditions or uneven terrain

Skills

• Construction or site work experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial or construction settings
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and task coordination
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
• Valid drivers license required
• CDL or equipment operation experience is a plus but not required
