Position Summary:
We're looking for an organized and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to manage inbound inquiries, prepare quotes and sales orders, and support both customers and our sales/production teams. This role ensures projects move smoothly from first contact to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Handle inbound calls, emails, walk-ins, and web inquiries
- Qualify leads and guide customers through accessory and upfit options
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience
Sales Coordination
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and build documents
- Ensure accuracy before handing off to production
- Keep order details, timelines, and records organized
CRM & Follow-Up
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Track open quotes and follow up with customers
- Support reporting and sales activity visibility
Outside Sales Support
- Provide coverage when reps are in the field
- Communicate specs, approvals, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with production to relay updates
Accessory/Retail Sales
- Assist showroom customers and process small transactions
- Upsell accessories during quoting and follow-up
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandising
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience, ideally within automotive, truck equipment, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and ERP platforms (Sage a plus); mechanical aptitude or interest in truck upfitting, accessories, or fabrication preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to supporting both customers and the sales team.
Career Path
- High-performing Inside Sales Coordinators may advance into Outside Sales or Operations Coordination roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
